Moving Together provide a variety of exciting dance sessions accessible for mature movers, allowing an opportunity for participants aged 55+ to engage in an art form that is both physically and psychologically stimulating.

Moving Together work specifically with two very different client groups, forming two strands within this field. These are:

  • A programme specifically designed for the elderly or participants who are predominantly chair bound. These music and movement sessions are inspired by a range of popular dance styles and songs from past eras, encouraging participants to reminisce.

  • These sessions contain a variety of dance styles that allow participants to learn new movement and take part in a variety of dance activities.
